Ordered products will be processed & dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment receipt. In most cases it will be shipped same business day as order receipt.
medinewspharma.com is a reseller / manufacturer to reach customers directly. Since there is no middle man you can get the best price and free shipping in most cases.
Depending on the product in your order, the products may be shipped from warehouse and a single order could arrive in multiple packages. We will send you tracking details for packages in your order.
Delivery can take from 2-8 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) depending on your location. However, most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days nationally and typically 3 days for the metros.
We use Fedex, DTDC, Professional, India Post etc for shipping. Sometimes delays happen in delivery due to the couriers. In such cases we follow up with them and ensure delivery.
